Over 12 years he spent on the Isle of Man working for Salaried Dental Service and in the private practices. Last year, he moved with his family to the West Midlands to start a new chapter in his life. Ziggy also studied Medicine for three years, and as a student he used to work as a silversmith. In the past he sang in heavy-metal bands. Now he is interested in politics and chess.

Darcy started her dental nursing career with Acacia in 2018. She went on to qualify in 2020 with a Level 3 Diploma in Dental Nursing.
Darcy has gained valuable experience in different oral health settings. She returned to Acacia in 2021 working in surgery, covering reception and assisting with various admin duties.
Darcy's additional responsibilities are as Infection Control & Decontamination Lead. She has completed additional training in various aspects of COSHH and infection control.
Darcy is also our Denplan Champion. Patients can speak to Darcy about signing up to Denplan or discuss their existing plan.
In her spare time, Darcy enjoys spending time with her family. When she's not out on the water with her paddle board, she is likely baking or catching up on the latest crime drama series.
